Over the last few years, the Gruppo Alimentare's (GA) companies, conscious of the need to adapt their production methods to the evolving market and the strategic importance that food quality and safety hold, have pursued
radical technological innovation that has prompted GA to endow themselves
with an integrated logistical system, an automatic food tracing system, cleanrooms and internal product development. The excellence and overall quality of the group's production methods, the artisanal care devoted to each and every product, the professional nature of the employees, safety, innovation,
technology and respect for the environment are the cardinal values that have allowed the brands of the Gruppo Alimentare in Toscana to confront the development and needs of the modern food system and, consequently, to earn the trust of consumers. GA’s products are present in the most important distribution
channels at both national and international levels (GDO, trade, catering). Beyond supporting and extending the presence of its brands in the market of cured meat, fresh pasta and prepared foods, GA’s objective is to integrate the product range by penetrating new segments of the food sector, both in the domestic
and international market. To be able to reach and maintain its objectives on the basis of its cardinal values, GA proposes:
- Research of continual improvement of methods and processes, for the ends of producing ever better safe, quality products that satisfy the needs and expectations of clients and consumers.
- Improvement of quality management systems that seek to respond thoroughly to the prescribed HACCP norms and the international standards of IFS and BRC.
- Availability of a structure and organisation that allows production of only the best, with tradition and technological evolution in perfect harmony.
